so apparently the new craze is twitter. i know all my friends are doing it, blah blah blah... but do i really need another way to social network? (did you know that social network is a verb now? see! you learned something new here) i mean, between facebook, myspace, blogging, email, etc. do people really have a need to know more about me? have i not put enough out there? do people really give a crap what i'm doing every living second of the day? if they do they should really try to get out more. i'm bored by my daily life so i can't see how it would be interesting to anyone else. not to mention, twitter is kind of an extension of one of my facebook pet peeves. what is that, you ask? people who literally update their status every three minutes to let us know what their doing...

geez, get over yourself. nobody needs to know that. i don't even care to hear those details about my current fav celeb (cough*cough*rpattz*). do i need to know you just let the dog out to pee? or that your kid just woke up from a nap? NOPE!
so if any of you use twitter and can give me a legitimate reason why it's necessary, maybe i'll reconsider. until then...

I am on twitter... do I think you "need" to be on twitter too? no. No one "needs" to be on twitter! HaHa!
I am on for my sister, who lives in Nebraska. Its an easy way for me to keep up with her w/ out having to hear everything second hand through our mom.
Now that I have told you that, maybe I'll go tweet about it! HaHaHa!! Just kidding!! =)

um yeah, I don't do twitter either. I don't know why you would want others to know what your doing every minute of the day. I do have a facebook account. But it hasn't been updated in months. It's mainly so irl family and friends can see pic of the kids and stuff. I'm not brave enough to show them my blog. ;)
so i hadn't read this yet when i was pondering on the point as well. i made one and i immediately decided to not use it. i don't see how it's cool, interesting or even normal. i mean esp. if you have facebook/myspace. anyway, good question. i'm waiting on a good answer still myself.
I don't have it. Maybe some day. Facebook gives me a headache sometimes. I am friends with people from high school that I barely spoke too. Am I really their friend? Not so much. Let me know how it is working out if you have it!
